Food Vendors
During the four days of Music, Moments, and Memories you need a good meal, some snacks, and beverages. We’re proud to offer a variety of options throughout the festival. In the Watson Stage area there are two large food tents that can satisfy nearly any craving. There are also snack and food options located in The Shoppes at MerleFest and in other convenient locations across the festival grounds. While you enjoy your food or beverage, know that the proceeds from our food and beverage sales benefit local non-profits and WCC Clubs!

Vendor space at MerleFest is limited. The majority of food vendors at the festival are nonprofit organizations that are given the opportunity to return each year as long as they comply with the festival's standards. Currently, all allotted food spaces are occupied. Other food vendors are welcome to complete an application to be placed on a waiting list should a current vendor opt out of returning to the festival. However, there is very little turnover in food vendors, so no timeframes or promises are made to vendors on the waiting list.
