Cactus Blossoms

    I just saw the Cactus Blossoms at Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro. They would be a hit at Merlefest! They are the closest I’ve heard to the Everly Brothers in a long time. Of course there’s the Proclaimers too. But Cactus Blossoms are closer to the roots style of Merlefest. Others should listen and weigh in on this. Let’s try to get them to Merlefest.
    On the subject of groups, please try to get Billy Strings. He loves Doc and Merle.
