Wish list for 2024

    Strangely enough my wish list would include two Norwegian bands. Darling West has appeared at several US festivals and does some great covers of American and Americana music. Likewise for Hayde Bluegrass Orchestra. They were up for awards at the IBMAs last year and do some killer covers of Emmy Lou Harris and others. When you hear these international groups lovingly cover our songs, it helps you realize that music is one of the great American exports. After all, Doc and Merle were world famous!
