Harley-Davidson Low Rider FXLRS
Harley-Davidson Low Rider FXLRS
Authentic heritage meets modern technology for power, style, and the unadulterated riding experience – around town or along county roads. The 2023 Low Rider FXLRS is the black sheep of the blacktop. It is for rebels seeking a now classic West Coast style with aggressive sport bike agility and handling. The Low Rider FXLRS comes equipped with a Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin engine and moto-style drag bars. This bike comes with electronic cruise control for those long-distance runs. The handlebar mounted speedometer makes it easy to view while on the roll. Tucking it behind the fairing helps the bike keep its sleek look. One-inch moto handlebar mounted on four-inch risers gives the overall look of this bike a Coastal style element that puts the rider in an aggressive posture on the bike. The tank style features an FXLRS badge cover and a throw-back dropped “H” logo-like that seen on early H-D race bikes-adorns each side of the tank.

- No more than 3,000 raffle tickets will be sold.
- Each raffle ticket must contain only one individual’s name. For example: “Mr. and Mrs. John Doe” is not acceptable since that represents two people. Only one person can claim the drawn prize associated with a winning ticket. If more than one name appears on the raffle ticket, only the first name listed will be entered into the raffle and can claim the drawn prize.
- MerleFest will not distribute any free or discounted tickets.
- For each raffle ticket sold, MerleFest will give the ticketholder two (2) entries for the raffle drawing. Each entry will be identified with the ticketholder’s name and serial number.
- For the drawings, all entries will be placed in a lottery barrel. There will be 21 draws. For each prize, a single entry will be drawn. That entry will not be placed back in the barrel for remaining draws. An entry can only win one prize.
- A ticketholder can win more than once either with the two chances on the raffle ticket or by purchasing additional raffle tickets.
- Tickets must be purchased online using the MerleFest website Mega Raffle tab or the MerleFest website ticket portal. Ticketholders will receive a confirmation email. The email confirmation will contain a serial number which must be presented to claim a prize. Tickets are not valid until the credit card has cleared.

Winners getting tax refunds may recover part or all of the withholding as part of their refund). All winning ticket holders must complete the necessary IRS forms in order to receive prize.
- Prize winners of non-cash prizes are responsible for all shipping expenses should they request the prize be shipped to them. International shipments may be subject to tariffs.
